USB drives or flash drives are the smallest gadgets that can store huge amounts of data depending upon the size of the flash drive.

You can also save your PowerPoint to a flash drive in just plug-and-play mode.

PPT To Flash Drive

While you are editing or making your slides no need to save them on google drive or email them to your friend at the time of the presentation.

While the presentation is completed, simply plug your flash drive into your computer. The pop-up window will tell you about the device is ready to use.

On the main page of your PowerPoint click on files and there are several options choose “Save As” and click on it, a designated window will pop up pointing to the destination folder in which you are trying to save the presentation.

Change the name of the file as per your criteria and save the file. The file is saved in your system and is ready on your click.

While the USB drive is connected to your computer you can also choose the USB storage device to save your presentation.

Before saving your file, ensure that your storage device has enough space for the file you want to store.

Go to file manager and open the USB device and for your safety make another folder by pressing (Ctrl+Shift+N) a common short key to make a new folder.

While you have created the folder, you can either open the next window of file explorer or simply go to the location where you have saved your file.

Copy the file from that folder and paste it into the flash drive folder and let the transfer complete.

Once the copy bar is finished, it means your file has been saved in your flash drive and you can use it at the time of giving a presentation or any other purpose you want.

Another step involves using PowerPoint when you finalized the presentation. Click on “Save As” When the pop-up window appears, change the file location directly to your flash drive and repeat the procedure, change the file name if needed, and press save.
